*We do not ship to P.O. Box, Rural/Remote Areas and Territories.

Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of inventory in our Distribution Centre. Orders placed for in-stock products will typically be processed and shipped within one business day. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays therefore Shipping times are based on business days. We may split your order into multiple shipments depending on the availability of the products at the time of processing. In these instances you will only be charged once for shipping.

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost or stolen packages etc.). Shipping costs are based on most urban delivery destinations. Other charges may apply. Shipping costs are subject to changes based on delivery address and shipping method. Northern Territories are subject to different shipping costs and times from other provinces due to logistic limitations.

In the event that a returned order is determined to have missing items or shows signs of excessive use making the item unsellable, we may refuse the return.

Contact our Customer Service Department to be provided with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once you have your RMA number, send your purchase back to us.

Note: Your RMA number is valid for 10 days from issuance and must be displayed clearly on shipping documents and/or the outside of the shippnig box (not retail box) or your refund could be significantly delayed or refused. We will make every effort to process your return quickly, and you will be notified.

We will not pay or refund any shipping charges, unless we made an error in order processing, or we have determined that a product is defective. We're not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. For your own protection, you may wish to send your return via insured parcel post or courier.
